In Ampang North’s Beverly Heights neighbourhood, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd will open Trinity Wellnessa in July. The endeavour is a partnership between Oxley Holdings Ltd., a Singaporean real estate developer, and the project. Since interest registration began last month, the development has attracted roughly 2,000 registrations.
The name “Wellnessa” was chosen because, according to group founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat in an exclusive interview with City & Country, it perfectly describes a cutting-edge complex that provides inhabitants with a complete wellness experience.
Trinity Wellnessa, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM318 million, will include two 30-story buildings with a total of 463 units on a 3.9-acre freehold plot in Beverly Heights. There will only be 10 flats per level and 1,069 parking spaces in the low-density complex. There will be at least two parking spaces included with each unit.
The units, which are scheduled for completion in 2025, will have built-ups of 1,008 and 1,286 square feet, with the latter being dual-key units, and three or four bedrooms as well as two or three bathrooms. A special 2,585 square foot penthouse unit with five bedrooms and five bathrooms will also be available, according to Neoh. The extra space can either be used as a bedroom or transformed into a home office or music room.
Trinity Wellnessa’s apartments will have practical, open-concept designs with lots of windows and ventilation to support a healthy living. They will be equipped with shower screens, water heaters, and air conditioners.
Therefore, the apartments are appropriate for first-time homeowners, singles, working professionals, young couples, young and multigenerational families, upgraders, retirees, and investors. According to Neoh, 65% of the units will be marketed to owner-occupiers, with the remaining units going to investors.
