About The Met:

The Met is a brand-new, elegant office building that is a component of the 75.5-acre KL Metropolis mixed development project. It is situated on Kuala Lumpur’s Jalan Duta (now known as Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim). The project was created by Triterra in partnership with Naza TTDI, and it is said that it will satisfy the demand for new office space in the area of established Mont Kiara.

This new leasehold commercial property consists of two towers, Tower A, which is 42 stories tall, and Tower B, which is 30 stories tall. Three categories—Prestige (higher floors), Premier (middle floors), and Executive—are used to categorise the levels of Tower A. (lower floors). The built-up areas of the units range from 818 square feet to 16,104 square feet, accommodating companies in the SMEs and MNCs categories. Units in Tower B, meanwhile, range in size from 915 sf to 2,368 sf. There are a total of 488 units, 1,208 parking spaces, and 300 motorbike bays.

Every element of The Met was designed with the user in mind. It has a grand lobby with 10m high ceilings, 23 passenger lifts with destination control systems, individual pantry points for units, toilet points for units that are 1,500 square feet and larger, 0.5 acres of landscape and green space, as well as a visitor management system. Tower A also has a curtain wall building facade.

In addition, The Met will offer first-rate amenities such a fitness centre, recreation centre, business centre, glass-enclosed function hall, and even a childcare facility. To meet the needs of the tenants, there will also be a premium food court and F&B retails. Just to be clear, it also has a rainwater harvesting system and is a Green Building Index (GBI) certified building.

Tenants don’t need to worry about security because The Met has improved safety features like turnstile security lift barriers and CCTV. The developer plans to sell both towers to a single buyer at a selling price not exceeding RM900 per square foot (psf), which was said to be appropriate in today’s market value based on Knight Frank’s study. Construction on both towers is expected to be finished in 2021.

Major highway intersections including Jalan Kuching and the Duta-Ulu Klang (DUKE) Highway provide access to The Met. You have the option of using the train instead of Uber or Grab. KTM Segambut and the upcoming MRT 3 station in KL Metropolis are the closest stations. For improved connectivity, there will also be feeder bus routes and elevated walkways.
