Eco Forest – Semenyih

Eco Forest was introduced in 2017 by Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) with a focus on youthful homebuyers and Semenyih residents. The Eco Forest enclave is a verdant fantasy anchored by a central park and lakes, and it was created in response to the rich vegetation of the Broga Hills. The group of gated and guarded freehold precincts includes a Residents’ Clubhouse, lots of opportunities for eco-adventures, and a commercial boulevard.

The organization’s successful Eco Majestic development, located just ten minutes away, was followed by The Eco World Gallery At Eco Forest Semenyih. Living in Semenyih may be comparable to living in a rural area, but with more conveniences and facilities. Landed homes in Semenyih used to be on the market for less than RM130,000. Residential properties for sub-sale nowadays can easily fetch four times that amount.
