The brand-new township of 417 acres known as Cybersouth is situated in Dengkil, next to Cyberjaya. The township’s initial phase, GreenCasa, will feature lovely parkland houses with reasonable rates and roomy built-ups. With its close proximity to both Cyberjaya and the new UiTM Dengkil campus, Cybersouth has a lot going for it. However, since the university is believed to offer dormitories for its students, rental income from students of the institution is out of the question. As a result, property buyers may live in peace knowing that there won’t be students renting homes in Cybersouth and causing trouble there.
Major highways like the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX), North-South Expressway (NKVE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Putrajaya Link, and Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway are all extremely well connected to Cybersouth.
However, there have been concerns over Cybersouth’s positioning atop what some online commentators have referred to as Malaysia’s deepest ex-mining lake pool. There are fears that the ground will begin to sink within the next five to ten years. However, a large number of would-be buyers also point out that Bandar Sunway as a whole was once a tin mining location.
