An expanding township
The township, which is situated in Shah Alam’s Seksyen 35, was initially introduced by I&P Group Sdn Bhd in 2007 as Alam Impian before the business was acquired by S P Setia Bhd in 2017. Following the latter’s takeover, the development’s master plan has undergone additional planning and revisions to better meet the needs of the market.

The LakePoint Gallerie, which will house the new Setia AlamImpian Welcome Centre, LakePoint Central (a shopping mall), LakePoint Club (a clubhouse), the 31-acre upgraded and enhanced LakePoint Park, and Eaton International School are just a few of the upcoming amenities the expanding township will experience.
